OLIVIA ZINDREN
Mentoring Program Director
Olivia comes to Bolder Options with a passion for relationship building, community engagement, and getting outside!
As a teenager and through her early adulthood, Olivia became passionate about working with her community as an urban gardener with A Backyard Farm. There, she was able to share the joy of getting your hands in the dirt and eating home-grown food with communities across the Twin Cities, and worked to elevate the wellness and spirit of the people she served.
As a student at Smith College, she worked under activist and professor, Loretta Ross, and was instilled with a culture of "calling in" to bridge across differences. She is excited to bring these skills, as well as experience working with volunteers and youth, to the Bolder Options team.
When she is not working, Olivia likes to spend her time with various hobbies, including gardening, archery, playing music, and creating comics.
